Paul Vledder is the Head of Offshore Carbon Storage at Shell in the Netherlands, where he leads the company’s CO2 storage projects. His career with Shell has taken him to Bangladesh, Malaysia, Syria, and Oman before returning to the Netherlands to focus on carbon capture and storage.

Paul is dedicated to advancing large-scale CO2 management solutions, applying his technical expertise and international experience to support climate action. His leadership is helping to shape Shell’s role in building a more sustainable energy future.
