BIOGRAPHY

Marino Varricchio is the Senior Policy Officer at the Carbon Capture and Storage Association (CCSA), where he drives policy and advocacy to advance industrial carbon management across Europe. His work focuses on creating frameworks that enable sustainable carbon capture, utilisation and storage.

Marino previously served as an Analyst at the European Roundtable on Climate Change and Sustainable Transition and co-chaired the European Commission’s Expert Group on Public Perception of Industrial Carbon Management Technologies. He also brings corporate experience from ExxonMobil’s European Affairs team.
