Mak Dukan

Mak Dukan is the Scientific Lead of the DACSTORE project at Forschungszentrum Jülich, where he drives interdisciplinary research into the cost, material, and social dimensions of direct air capture technologies. His work supports the development of scalable, efficient solutions for CO₂ removal.
Mak’s research focuses on the financing and business models of direct air capture plants. Before joining Forschungszentrum Jülich, he worked at ETH Zurich and the Technical University of Denmark on energy policy, financing, and risk for low-carbon technologies.
