Chas Spradbery is the Director of Operations at Peritus International, where he leads complex subsea, offshore pipeline, and subsea cable engineering projects. With over 25 years of experience and more than 70 offshore projects delivered, he has guided teams through some of the industry’s most technically demanding challenges.

Chas has played a central role in groundbreaking projects, including ultra-deepwater pipelines and the world’s largest offshore wave energy development. His expertise spans engineering delivery, operational leadership, and innovative approaches to energy transition solutions.
