Alexis Dunand is the Associate Policy Lead at Carbon Gap, where he manages major initiatives including the EU CDR Policy Tracker, financing frameworks for carbon dioxide removal, and cross-sector research projects. His work supports evidence-based policy and accelerates the integration of CDR within European climate strategies.

Alexis previously served as a researcher at the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology in Lausanne, a consultant for Carbonfuture, and editor-in-chief at illuminem, contributing to dialogue on climate innovations and carbon removal governance.
